Interview League is currently in beta. This means the service is still under development, and features, pricing, and functionality may change at any time without prior notice. By using our service during the beta period, you acknowledge and accept that you are using a product that is not yet final.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Interview League, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
3. Description of Service
Interview League provides an AI-powered interview practice platform that allows users to practice answering interview questions using voice or text input and receive automated feedback on their responses. The service includes:
- Interview question practice modules
- AI-generated feedback on content, structure, and delivery
- Voice analysis features (speaking pace, filler words, etc.)
- Progress tracking and analytics
- Personalized questions based on resume and job descriptions (paid tiers)
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. User Content
When you use our service, you may submit content including voice recordings, text responses, resumes, and job descriptions. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve our services. We will not sell your content to third parties.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise our systems
- Abuse the service in a way that degrades performance for other users
- Share your account with others or resell access to the service
7. Payments and Refunds

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that our AI feedback will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. The service is a practice tool and should not be relied upon as professional career advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTERVIEWPREP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. During the beta period, changes may occur frequently. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes, but continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
