• Resumes and job descriptions you upload for personalization
• AI-generated personalized questions based on these documents

How We Use Your Information

Your voice recordings, transcripts, resumes, and other personal content will never be sold to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties for their commercial purposes.

• Google AI (Gemini): AI-powered feedback generation
• Deepgram: Speech-to-text transcription
• LiveKit: Real-time voice communication

These services have their own privacy policies and handle data according to their terms. We only share the minimum information necessary for them to provide their services.

Data Retention

We retain your account information and practice history for as long as your account is active. Voice recordings may be processed in real-time and stored temporarily for generating feedback. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, especially during our beta period as we continue to strengthen our infrastructure.
